FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will my repair take?

Most standard repairs are completed within 1-3 business days. More complex work like custom builds, barrel threading, or Cerakote finishing may take longer depending on parts availability. We'll give you an honest timeframe upfront.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes — we are appointment-based. This means no waiting in line and your firearm gets dedicated one-on-one attention from the moment we meet. Book online or give us a call at (928) 227-3798.

Can I get an estimate without coming in?

For most services you can describe what you need by phone or through our online form and we'll give you a ballpark. For anything complex we prefer to see the firearm in person to give you an accurate quote.

Do you work on all firearm makes and models?

Yes. We service rifles, handguns, and shotguns of virtually all makes and models — from modern sporting rifles to classic revolvers and everything in between.

Do you offer a warranty on your work?

Yes — we stand behind our work. If anything isn’t right after service, bring it back and we’ll correct it promptly, no hassle. We also demonstrate the repair with you before you leave to confirm everything is functioning as intended.

Can I ship my firearm to you for service?

Yes. As an FFL-licensed dealer we can legally receive firearms shipped from individuals or other FFLs for service. Contact us first and we'll walk you through the process.

Do you sell firearms and parts?

Yes. As a licensed FFL dealer we can help with transfers, sales, and sourcing parts. Contact us about current inventory and special orders. Firearm transfers are $20.

Do you handle NFA items like suppressors and SBRs?

Yes. As an FFL/SOT licensed dealer we are fully authorized to sell and transfer NFA items including suppressors, short-barreled rifles (SBRs), and other Class III firearms. We can walk you through the paperwork, wait times, and process from start to finish — no guesswork, no runaround. NFA transfers are $80.
