By accessing or using the JT Arms LLC website at jtarms.com (“the Site”), scheduling an appointment, submitting a contact or quote request, or subscribing to our email communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site or services.
JT Arms LLC is a federally licensed firearms dealer and certified gunsmithing shop located in Prescott Valley, Arizona. We hold a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) and Special Occupational Taxpayer (SOT) designation, and operate in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the sale, transfer, repair, and handling of firearms and related items.
All gunsmithing, repair, modification, and customization services are performed by appointment only. By scheduling an appointment or dropping off a firearm, you authorize JT Arms LLC to perform the agreed-upon work. You represent that you are the legal owner of the firearm or have authorization from the legal owner to have the work performed.
JT Arms LLC is authorized to conduct firearm transfers and handle NFA items including suppressors and short-barreled rifles (SBRs). All transfers and NFA transactions are conducted in strict compliance with federal and Arizona state law, including required background checks, ATF paperwork, and applicable wait periods. You are responsible for providing accurate identification and completing all required legal documentation.
Registration for classes including our AR Build Class constitutes an agreement to participate in good faith and in compliance with all safety rules and instructor directions. JT Arms LLC reserves the right to remove any participant from a class for unsafe behavior without refund. Class fees are non-refundable unless JT Arms LLC cancels the class, in which case a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
Custom finishing, engraving, and fabrication work is performed based on customer specifications provided at the time of service intake. JT Arms LLC is not responsible for outcomes that differ from verbal descriptions where no written specification was provided. Final approval of color, design, or specifications is the customer’s responsibility before work begins.
JT Arms LLC operates on an appointment-only basis for all services. Online appointment booking, contact forms, and quote requests submitted through the Site do not constitute a binding service agreement until confirmed by JT Arms LLC directly. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.
Estimates provided via phone, email, or online form are good-faith approximations based on the information provided. Final pricing is determined upon in-person inspection of the firearm or item. All payments are collected in person at the time of service completion. We do not process payments through the website.
Firearms or items left at JT Arms LLC for service that are not claimed within 90 days of completion notice will be considered abandoned property. JT Arms LLC reserves the right to handle abandoned firearms in accordance with Arizona state law and applicable ATF regulations, which may include transfer or disposal.
JT Arms LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. JT Arms LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding results of gunsmithing or customization work beyond the specific scope of services agreed upon.
You acknowledge that firearms are inherently dangerous items and that any modification, repair, or customization carries inherent risks. By submitting your firearm for service, you agree that you have been informed of any relevant risks associated with the work performed and accept responsibility for safe handling and use of your firearm after service is completed.
All content on jtarms.com including text, images, logos, and graphics is the property of JT Arms LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission. Customer photos shared with JT Arms LLC for gallery or promotional use may be posted on our website or social media unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Yavapai County, Arizona.
JT Arms LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our Site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
